Action1 is a great RMM product, with a great web interface. The product is not as configurable as RMM, so you will need to do a fair amount of configuring to make it as useful as you need. Action1 is a great product and is a great foundation to build with your RMM product. Action1 will give you the foundation you need to build your own RMM product - the product is great, but there is a fair amount of configuring you need to do. I like that Action1 allows you to manage devices remotely without having to be in the office. I like that it is very easy to use and that it has a lot of features. I dislike that it is a bit expensive. I would recommend Action1 to small to medium-sized businesses. We use Action1 to monitor devices remotely and to manage them remotely. We are able to keep track of our devices remotely and are able to respond to issues remotely as well.
