TJ Maxx shoes?

My review has nothing to do with the quality of the sandals, it's because they sent me a pair with TJ Maxx or Marshall tags. I paid $22 and got the pictured sandals with tags for $12.99. Not sure if they were returned, used or resold but it seems odd that they were supposed to be brand new. We ended up keeping them to ourselves because we bought them for a trip. The sizing, fit and functionality were fine, but I wanted to share my experience.
