Review on KARKEIN Women'S Waterproof Low Heel Ankle Boots For Work And Winter by Pamela Beatty

Revainrating 2 out of 5

From pretty good to not worth it real quick.

Bought these about a month ago. I wear a size 7.5, bought an 8, and they fit perfectly! Nice and soft on the inside, really cute looking, got lots of compliments. Snow hit Michigan like a white tidal wave not too long ago so I got to really test them out. They did great. Kept my feet nice and warm. Wore them in mud puddles when I walked my dog. They kept my feet nice and dry.So I bought these to wear to work this winter (I work retail). They were mostly comfortable in the beginning, but after about a five hour shift, they don't really provide much support, which can probably be solved with an insert. There is a bit of rubbing against my heel where the boot creases just a bit, but I do walk a bit crooked so that could very well be the case. I'll probably wear thicker socks when I get into the 8 hour shift range again this holiday season. I probably wouldn't recommend for heavy working where you're on your feet all day.Overall, they did what they were supposed to do, though. They're cute. They're warm. They're waterproof.Edit: Popping back in not long after to report that the inside of the shoes are slipping out a lot and the actual rubber sole is coming off. Kinda bummed. Didn't last nearly as long as I had hoped. Not really worth the money.

Pros
  • Cozy and warm interior lining
Cons
  • The boots may not be suitable for those with very high arches
