Review on UGEARS Locomotive Mechanical Puzzle Toys by Rafael Calderon

The laser cut pieces were fine, the biggest problem I had with this puzzle set was the plywood peeling off as they didn't have enough glue between the plywood pieces. As I said in the review title, I spent too much time gluing the pieces back together after they fell apart. This isn't my first rodeo, I've accumulated at least eight projects like this, some more difficult than this one. In addition, it is necessary to reconsider the technology of toothpicks for gear axles. Live parts SHOULD NOT be good if the axle is toothpicks, downgrade the material to metal axle(s) and that will be the start of a good project. This project was missing the wax lube and I also had to sand the edges of the square, luckily I had some left over from previous projects. To make the whole process even more traumatic, at least two pages of the instructions were left out, leaving you guessing what happened next - and yet the numerical order of the instructions seemed correct at first glance, until you actually started the building process - once again, attention to detail and quality control are not strengths of UGEARS. The overall satisfaction with UGEARS is 2 out of 5 points due to the lack of quality control. .
