A Word of Caution to the Conscientious Shopper: The Vonanda Online Store

As a life coach, I encourage my clients to give careful consideration to the brands and companies they patronize. I cannot in good conscience suggest Vonanda to anyone interested in supporting ethical businesses. Although they offer things at low prices, the quality and materials used are subpar. The furnishings and ornaments are not as sturdy as they appear and may not last as long as you'd want. In addition, you might not find what you're looking for due to their restricted inventory. The company's lackluster customer support makes it difficult to get answers to questions or resolve problems after making a purchase. The frustrating and costly delays in shipping and returns are all too common. To sum up, I would advise you to search elsewhere if you are a conscientious shopper who values high-quality, long-lasting goods and attentive service. When it comes to ethical and environmentally responsible purchasing, Vonanda is not a firm that I support.
