This is a really well made product. It is very easy to make iced tea with it. Lowering the tea infuser into hot water is very easy as it screws into the lid of the pot. Once brewed, lift it back up and lower it into the provided cup (nice touch, though each cup does the same job). Fill up with ice until the end, screw on the lid and shake. This is actually a very nice feature. The tall design of the pot prevents you from spilling hot tea if you drop it on the ice. And once tightly closed, you can shake the tea until it cools down. (When I researched the internet I thought it was just a marketing gimmick, but it makes a world of difference in how quickly you can enjoy your iced tea.) And it fits on the fridge door very nicely. If I were to improve on the design, I would do it so that the bottom of the brewer can be unscrewed for easier cleaning. I also noticed that darker teas discolour the strainer of the tea strainer. Thorough cleaning with soap and water helps. but stainless steel construction could be better for that.
