Intermittent issues

Intermittent issues with the power supply to the device. Every few weeks the device loses power, the light on the front of the device goes off and my phone won't charge. I have to unplug and plug the outlet back in several times to turn it back on. It's very annoying to wake up with a phone that hasn't charged all night! I have another device from a different brand with no problems.
