Not the coldest boot, but it gets the job done

I was excited to try the Northside Frosty Winter Boys snow boots with matching waterproof mittens for my little one but have mixed feelings about them. First, the sizing is correct and the boots fit my son comfortably. Matching mittens are a nice bonus and will definitely come in handy on those snowy days. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overallity of the boots. While they kept my son's feet warm, they couldn't seem to stand up to extremely cold temperatures. Also, the orange accents on the gray boots were cute, but I found the orange rubbed off easily and faded over time. Overall, these boots do the job for the price, but they're not the best choice for extreme winter weather.
