I waited a few days to write a review just to be sure. Arrived neatly packaged. The instructions were very detailed but easy to understand. Simple and minimal assembly. Requires a filter as tap water is used. It's very quiet, with a little dripping water sound that I find pleasant. The first night I tried the 2nd level but I didn't completely get rid of the sore and dry nose as well as the dryness in my nose. The next night I went up to level 3 and my nights got a lot better. I don't keep waking up to drink water and my nostrils don't burn from inhaling the dry air. Since I'm a little anal, every morning I pour out the water and let it air out and dry. All this is very easy to fill with water and turn on for the night. I'm a happy customer.
