The UI of panoply for end users is very clean and intuitive. I like how you can see all the different parts and components of an organization in one place. It’s also good because if there are any issues or questions with the tool, they will be able to reach out directly to someone who knows about those particular problems. Not much at this time but I would love to have more control over my own dashboard so that way I could make changes as needed. If you want something simple and straightforward then this might not work well for you. However, we used the service primarily for our sales team where they were looking up information about customers and prospects from their CRM (Salesforce).
