The cup is very cute. When I first used it I was sure I would send it back because the lid didn't fit properly. However, I have experimented with this and gotten the lid to fit the cup snugly. I enjoy my K-pod Starbucks morning coffee in it. For those sensitive to heat, you might consider using a cuff, but you don't really need one. I used to buy Starbucks china mugs but I dropped them and they broke. So after spending $30 each, this seemed like a good alternative and I am very happy with my purchase. This solved my problem of not using paper cups on a daily basis and not spending a lot of money on a coffee mug. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine!
