Review on Adjustable SUV Dog Car Barriers - Perfect Vehicle Dividers for SUV Adventures, Ideal Dog Gates for SUVs and Other Vehicles by Jennifer Davis

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good value for money. Easy to install by one person and very reliable.

I love how the sides can be moved up, down, in or out and rotated to make a barrier that fits your car or SUV. It goes well with the Acura RDX and I believe it can fit in a much wider/higher space. I also like that it doesn't limit the space in the headrest. This barrier appears to be well made and took about 15 minutes to install. Pros: All SUV seats tilt backwards - this gate style leaves your pet more ground level space. When you have a floor-to-ceiling barrier, you're blocking out valuable space under the seating areas that your pet might enjoy. Dusty is used to driving in the back seat, but he's getting used to his new back seat position. Cons: The only thing I don't like about this style compared to the floor-to-ceiling style is that I can't fold down a seat and still keep the "scribble" in its new space, so that's a compromise. Do you have a large SUV and need a lot of flexibility? Look at the barrier from floor to ceiling. Smaller SUVs or not that need maximum flexibility for pets, cargo and people (like me)? It's a great choice.
