Review on 🧺 Large 2 Pack Laundry Hamper Basket - 63L, Waterproof, Collapsible, Black by Rachel Lopez

First of all, I must say that I did not expect this at all: I have never seen a basket made of such material. It looks cheap. Once installed it looks good and holds its shape quite well (slightly better than the top opening mesh baskets) but I was stunned because I wouldn't actually buy it if I saw them in the store. They feel like a dollar store product. They say the handles are leather but they feel like some kind of plastic rather than real leather - and that doesn't make them more expensive, just weird! However, I've been using them for a few weeks now and they work great in my laundry room. For my purposes they work great. I throw out the laundry to sort, and the sides are stiff enough to withstand the occasional shirt falling sideways. You will not break under this weight. (I wanted them to replace the trash cans I have in my laundry room, so I don't carry them around much. Can't speak to the durability of the handles or their ability to withstand wear and tear when they're pulled and thrown around. ) I can pull them out and knock them over to get a knocked off sock or throw away a coin that fell out of your pocket. I can wipe them with a cleaning cloth. The material seems to hold up well, but not for very long; It appears that it is easily punctured and once punctured it tears and the integrity of the entire basket collapses (unlike a mesh basket which is less durable overall but handles punctures well). If I was going to the laundry and back, I'd like real bags, not these. For home use they are good but also not what I expected and not very high quality. In my opinion they are not worth the money, but they are functional.
