Review on Bushnell Hybrid Rangefinder: 🏌️ Advanced Distance Measuring Tool for Golfers by George Bell

If you are looking for this device for GPS function, DO NOT BUY IT.

I bought this unit for a friend because I also had one that I bought about 3 years ago. I felt it was a good unit but I've changed my mind. I've been buying Bushnell Golf Range Finder since 1995. And this Bushnell hybrid was my fourth. All of my previous Bushnell rangefinders still work and I've only bought new ones as technology improved. However, this is the worst Bushnell I have ever had. My problem is with the GPS which has a rechargeable battery. The documentation states that you should be able to play 2 rounds before charging the battery. I could never get 2 rounds. And about a year after I bought my device, I was lucky enough to get a full round. Recently, the battery is enough for about 9 holes (if you're lucky). I wish I had never bought this or recommended it to my friend. The manual doesn't say you can replace the battery. I contacted Bushnell and asked if they could replace the battery and they said it could not be replaced and the unit was not repairable. They offered an $80 discount on a new device. I paid over $400 for my original unit and am not very happy with their offering. I really liked the GPS feature on this device, but it no longer works and I wouldn't dare buy another of these hybrid devices. . And I have another friend that I recommended this device to and he has the same problem. If you are looking for this device for GPS function, DO NOT BUY IT.
