The simplest and best description I can give for these lounge pants is irregular. I'm 5ft 10in / 205lbs and after reading the reviews I bought a size larger than usual (XL) which was a good decision. Pants fit well in the calves and thighs (a big one would be tight). However, the crotch area is huge. In order for them to fit, you'll need a low tummy or front butt to use any excess material that the seamstress didn't accidentally remove.
