I bought it for outdoor use. I live in the mountains of Los Angeles, so the wind blows me hard (lifting a heavy outdoor rug off the ground), but this screen didn't fall. It is very durable. The only negative thing I would say about the screen is the little squares that make up the screen. I assume there is a grid inside the screen. I'm sitting about 10 feet from the screen so I can't see them from that distance, but as I get closer to the screen I can see them. I'm not sure if all screens are made that way, but then again from 10 feet I can't see the squares and the picture looks very sharp.
