Bought to replace my broken ICoffee coffee maker. Looks nice and doesn't take up much counter space which is a plus but looks cheap. I left the water lines unplugged, just filled the tank with mineral water for the first cup, added my coffee pod and brewed. When I came back to collect my cup of coffee I found chaos. The manufacturer didn't make a hole in the bottom of the capsule, but bent it, and there was coffee and coffee grounds everywhere. After cleaning up the mess, I was able to make myself a delicious cup of coffee. Another downside for me is that no travel mug fits underneath. I am returning the block.
