I like that you can create your own workflows, assign tasks (such as calling customers), track time against each task or client/project etc without having an IT expert in house! It's fairly difficult at this stage of development but they are listening & keenly working towards solving problems we have identified with their product - it makes me feel good about supporting them financially if necessary so hopefully things will improve quickly now there has been some interest from other companies looking into using tC too :) We wanted something which was easy enough even our non techies could use yet powerful when needed by us more technical staff who understand all aspects very well indeed!! I like that you can see what each person has available, when they have time open, how busy they are and if there's any room left at their current location before moving them around. Sometimes it takes awhile for someone with an open slot to show up or move out so be patient! It helps us keep track of availability and make sure we're not overbooked during peak periods.
