I love how timecurves makes it easy when you are working in several projects at once! There's also no limit of clients, so if one project takes longer than expected there will be another waiting right behind that has more urgent needs (like paying bills). It could use some enhancements like better reporting options or maybe even an app would help with this problem as well but overall its great product!! I like that it allows me access from anywhere, which can be helpful when working remotely or traveling between different locations/states in our country! I like that it allows you to schedule employees in advance, which helps with hiring new staff or keeping current ones happy! It's not easy to use if you're looking at managing multiple departments within one organization as there isn't much flexibility when creating separate schedules - only 1 profile can be used per department/schedule so we had to create several profiles just to manage our different business units. I like that you can create your own workflows, assign tasks (such as calling customers), track time against each task or client/project etc without having an IT expert in house! It's fairly difficult at this stage of development but they are listening & keenly working towards solving problems we have identified with their product - it makes me feel good about supporting them financially if necessary so hopefully things will improve quickly now there has been some interest from other companies…
