Backpack zipper issues

I like the look, the size, it fits in my small laptop and I've gotten a lot of compliments from friends on how nice it looks. One of the teeth was missing from day one, but unfortunately it was still popping up and down until yesterday. Both zippers fell out when I was out in public. I love it so much that I'm considering buying it again but it's wrong it was faulty I should have returned it from day one.
