I bought it in May, I use it almost every day. While I like drafting and boiling water quickly, it still has a weird plastic smell that gets worse as the water being boiled gets colder. I've cleaned several times, cleaned with vinegar or citric acid, but it's still there. So if you're picky about weird smells in your drink, you might want to give it some time to think. It wasn't bad enough to go back, but enough to make me think about it a few times. Boiling metal leaves water stains, even when using charcoal-purified water. Maybe it's my water quality. The good thing is that it can be easily cleaned by boiling water with citric acid.
