I think the manufacturer missed a crucial step that we in the west take for granted: edges feel secure. Let me be clear: to make a deep cut you don't have to forcefully or intentionally touch the blade; You just have to accidentally touch it with your hand or finger. When you think about how messy and slippery the spaetzle process is, you quickly realize that it's almost impossible not to touch the edges. This product should be removed from Revain immediately. My wife cut her finger even though she was very careful with this infernal grinder.
