Pros: Well packaged, Relatively easy to assemble, Seems to be solidly built, Cable clips are easy to use and effective, Allen key clip is handy. : Allen wrenches are required any time you want to adjust the elevation (if the tension is right, windage and tilt adjustments can be made without tools); I like the look of the matte black finish, but it feels prone to scratches (hence deducting a star for durability); The tilt adjustment screws where the monitor connects to the arm require a bit of torque to get the correct tension to hold. It seems solid, but I was a little worried about breaking something before tightening the screw enough. After just one day of use I can say that I am satisfied with my purchase and find the mount to be excellent value for money. Money. I would recommend it to those looking for a mount that you want to install and not adjust very often. I wouldn't recommend it to someone looking for something that updates frequently. Works great for my situation!
