PLEASE READ! If you're having trouble drying your base coat, just know that it must be a bit tacky! COMPLETELY never dry! After painting your chosen color and applying the top coat, they are COMPLETELY DRY! Amazing product! Just thought I'd let the prospective buyer know because my mom and I struggled with the primer, thinking the lamp was too weak to dry out when in fact it was dry and would stay sticky with it the polish could stick to it!
