Just enough to close the return window

This product is not easy to handle, but it can be handled if you are a bit techy. The REAL problem is poor quality. It took long enough to get past the return window, then USB 3.0 decided to kill any decent connection. It connects briefly and then disconnects. And does it again and again. Then he ends up just not making contact at all. Don't waste your money on this crappy device. I'm sure there are other better options you can find. At this price you should expect it to last a lot longer than just a few short weeks.
