Review on High-yield HP 916XL Black Ink Cartridge for HP OfficeJet 8020 & Pro 8030 Series, Instant Ink Eligible - 3YL66AN by Timothy Barnes

This printer can use 3 black cartridges; 910 (which it came with), 910XL and 916XL, which has the largest capacity of the three. When the 910 originally supplied ran out, I replaced it with the 916XL that came with the other 3 color 910 cartridges. Although the machine recognized the 916XL, it did not work. I did a printhead cleaning and alignment and it made no difference. All in all I spent several hours to get it working. (And I couldn't think of a number to call HP). I ended up going to Staples to buy and try another cartridge. Since they didn't have the 916XL, I opted for the 910XL. (That happens to be the same physical size as the 916). As I received my printer a little over a month ago with extra cartridges I am unable to return it to Revain for credit. (And I can't find a number on them).
