The app allows me to see if my clients are available for an appointment or event before I call them. You can also set reminders for your events/appointments so it's easier to keep track of everything! It would be great to have a mobile-friendly version too, but this isn't a huge issue as most of our staff use iPads anyway. We're able to share availability easily between team members and we've been able to eliminate double bookings by using it during times when our office is closed. Also helps us avoid scheduling conflicts which has saved us money because we don't need to pay additional fees for blocked time slots!
