As someone who spends a lot of time outdoors, I couldn't wait to give HIGHEVER a shot for all of my gear requirements. On the other hand, the degree of customer service that I received from this online store fell short of my expectations. Their product assortment is quite impressive, and the quality of the gear they sell is satisfactory, but the customer service they provide leaves a lot to be desired.
