I bought this for a keyboard so the connector wouldn't hit things as hard as normal keyboard connectors and hopefully be solid. In this regard, it has so far fully met all expectations. It appears to be quite strong and durable and thanks to the angle it doesn't get in the way even on a cluttered table. The cable is a bit thick for a keyboard (although many mechanical keyboard users use very thick cables anyway, but a typical mechanical device doesn't draw more than 200mA or so), but overall it's pretty easy to work with and doesn't seem to take root. Also nothing. Can't comment on how well it would fit a phone or tablet, for example, but overall it's a really good cable.
