Definitely hydrating
I like that it's lighter and absorbs moisture quickly. I have sun damage and wearing goggles for years is working against me. I'm not expecting to look 30 years younger but I'm loving what I'm seeing so far which is improved hydration around the eye area. Beautiful packaging, pleasant light aroma. I use a facial cleansing oil and facial moisturizer and am happy with the combination.
