I have a signature wrap on my 2007 Ford Ranger and the last owner never bothered to hook up a third tail light. The Ranger only has a left brake/right brake/tail light on a 4 pin connector on the towbar. After some research I found I had to connect to an existing CHMSL and run a bunch of wires under the truck, which sounded annoying. I bought this instead, hooked it up to the cap from a contractor's hitch, and it worked great. The lights come on when they're supposed to and won't come on when they're not supposed to. The converter slides into a forgotten corner fairly easily and comes with good duct tape. I recommend this product.
