I took a chance and decided it was a waste of money on delivery. I could send them back. sec and it worked fine. The color was good. Nice and bright. I made a second one for a client with the same temp and time and it came out nice and bright. They appear to be the same thickness as my other puzzles. They won't fall apart if you take them after sublimation. They come apart nice and clean. The only downside I see is the size of the puzzle. But I will buy more so I have them on hand. Hope this helps someone.
