The ease of use with the platform. We were able to train employees on day one and have them start using the product immediately. There is nothing I dislike about this system. Great customer support from the beginning. They are always available to walk you through anything you need help with. My biggest challenge was how easy it was for my team members to learn and use the platform. It's easy to teach an old dog new tricks! The platform has made our job easier by making processing loads and tracking shipments much more efficient. I like that it's very user friendly with all of my personal contacts being able to be added so easily! It also makes finding drivers much easier as well! Nothing specific but overall this system has been good for me thus far. There are some cons about having an app instead of only using computer/laptop screen. I would recommend. It really helps out by being able to add drivers quickly and easy which saves time in managing multiple accounts.
