I have been using this software to manage my projects since it first came out of beta in 2015! It helps me keep track of everything that needs doing and is easy enough with other people too (using shared access). The ability to create tasks/tickets from emails sent by clients or customers has saved time for many things including quoting work done before sending invoice information via email which can be used for invoices as well so no more need to chase them up with paper copies etc.I don't use all functions but do like being able to attach files directly into tickets without having to open another program such as Word etc - saves lots of typing if you send an email about something else then look at what was attached shortly after from within key 360 instead of finding your file again outside where you had opened word etc.Having multiple users working together on one project makes life easier when creating new ticket's especially if they are looking through documents.
