Please read ALL! To quickly preface my experience.I have lived with chronic (daily-severely-painful) Plantar Fasciitis, I have it so bad it brings me to tears nightly. I have 7 children, under 14 yrs. I CAN NOT be off my feet!The first symptoms came up in 2003, I absolutely refused surgery. In 2005, After 8 weeks of intense physical therapy it went away. OUCH/Yay! I am an Arizona girl, so Obviously, I lived in flip flops - my fault they got so bad. Of course that behavior instantly changed!In 2014, I became pregnant with Triplets. After I carried them to 35 weeks. BOOM! Plantar Fasciitis returned, it returned with a vengeance!
