I researched many available units on here and settled on this one. So, I have some pros and cons, just like every other reviewer here: Cons: It doesn't really get hot, and that defeats the purpose. At the highest settings, it runs out of water overnight. The controls are a bit confusing but can be mastered. A night light (not a big round circle that turns off) the one that displays numbers is BRIGHT - you have to cover it with something at night or it will really glow. warm) haven't tried a cool mist yet, it has extra tubes to really get it airborne which is nice. I like that the scent doesn't leach (but I keep it in a plastic container just in case). It arrived overnight - thanks to Prime - and was well packaged. So all said - since my only reason for having it is for a warm mist (and it definitely isn't warm) I'm afraid I'll be returning it.
