The strap is cheap.
And I thought a lot of the previous reviewers were right about that, but after using it a few times I found it really didn't matter. If the exercises are performed correctly, the belt should not matter. You hold the ball with your hands, not with a belt. It helps your swing and helps you learn how to stay connected.
