Once again I find myself holding a useless Launch diagnostic tool. My Diagun sits in the corner and doesn't do anything because I'm not getting any updates. This ThinkDiag can't even be used because the ThinkDiag app keeps crashing and can't even talk to the key. Do you contact support? Five letters with a short answer and nothing after that. Call her? I can't even get through to the operator. Thinkdiag support is the same as my diagun, hard to get and inefficient. I'm not giving this device 1 star because I know some people can't get it to work and are happy. Launch just hates me. This device is on its way back. I just have to bite the bullet and prefer Autel. If you're desperate for an inexpensive bi-directional OBDII device that will work with your vehicle, give ThinkDiag a shot. But make sure you give it a try before your return windows go away.
