Here is the message I sent to PetDairy Support on October 15th. Today is the 28th and I have heard NOTHING from them. I will return to Revane when my time window expires. Hello, I recently purchased this collar and received it on October 7th. After fully charging the collar and adjusting it according to the instructions on the box, I tried my dog on level 3 with just sound and vibration (no shock). The next day he was outside and barked a few times and then stopped . Great! (I thought). When I looked out after a few minutes, he winced as if startled. I walked out and the collar squeaked and buzzed non-stop with all the green lights on the collar. I unplugged it and let it run for a few minutes before finally turning it off. I figured it might be coincidence, so that night I recharged it and lowered the level to 1. It sat with me while I read the paper. He didn't bark, just shook his head, as dogs often do, and started humming again. I took it off and let go. It only stopped when I turned it off. Let's say it's a bad block. I would like to try another. But let me just say I'm really glad I didn't start with a shock rig! I felt like I should take care of you before I go to Revane. Please advise. "Like I said, I can't imagine the collar flying off like that when I turn on the shock option. look elsewhere
