Review on Tomee 1MB Memory Card πŸ’Ύ for PS1: Unlock Limitless Gaming Potential by John Bennett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

For PS1 games on PS2

I bought it to play Gran Turismo once or twice without losing progress. So does it work? Yes, for me when I put a memory card into my PS2 without loading a game and selected the card it was prompted to "format the memory card", I'll spare you the research and just say what PS2 recognizes on the go, I say They tell you it is a PS1 memory card and it will be formatted as such. The browser uses the PS1 memory card icon to indicate this, which unlike the PS2 memory card icon is light gray and has rounded edges. I'm using a newer model PS2 Slim, your experience might be different but I highly doubt it. Pros: 4- Stores PS1 game data to be played on PS2 system ***** - Arrives unformatted - Very nice packaging - Good plastic Cons: 3- My memory card dangles a bit in the case and wobbles, would I say it's about a millimeter or less than the thickness of the gap, but still noisy. It doesn't matter when you're sitting in a memory slot. - There could possibly be more space due to 3rd party PS2 card sizes, but I'm not sure if there are any technical limitations that limit this. - The words on the card are dead on that it's an aftermarket card, but it's closed and looks exactly like a PS1 when in the system. than the original gray PS1 memory card. - There are tiny black spots on the plastic. - The card feels much lighter than the official Seagate 8MB PS2 card and the third party 128MB PS2 card I own. stuck in the memory slot. Final thought: I'm not going to leave a 4 star review on this item because of some very small details, just thought I'd point them out so you can read them all. 5 out of 5 stars. This memory card doesn't look out of place in the system in any way and serves the purpose I bought it for. I would buy again.
