I like it better than OEM
This is hard plastic, not rubber like OEM. Seems to connect better. The reason for only 4 stars are the connections inside. They use a hex/hex set screw. It's ok, but I had to order a small set of these: I need 1.5mm. Another small issue is that the set screws have been swapped. My eyes and hands suck, so I tried putting an allen wrench on a flat spot for a while. Then I had to be careful not to drop the damn change while flipping them!
