First they came to me within 2 days. They were packaged very professionally in beautiful packages with each mirror. Assembly was very easy for me and the fit was perfect. The OEM power cable connected without any problems and all functions worked properly. The only drawback for me were the grub screws that were too long, which only had half a thread on both sides. You cannot lower them as you will damage the plastic mold. Therefore 4 stars. Instead of "using a 14mm head" I removed the screws from the stock mirrors and used them instead. Fits perfectly. They were installed on my 2007 Ram SLT Quad Cab.
