I am 5'8 and 220lbs. My waist measurement is 42in, chest is 44in and hips are 49. To give you an idea. This is a 2xl.I do wish I would have gotten a 3xl, because I am worried about putting this in the dryer because of shrinkage. The material *will* shrink if it's washed in hot water or put in the dryer. It's cotton. So keep that in mind when you're ordering.Onward with my thoughts.They are impossibly comfortable (once you wash them. They arrive kind of stiff)They have proper sized, useful pockets. The adjustability of the straps has worked for me - there are 3 different button holes that can be used to adjust how the straps fit.They are nice and breathable as well. I've worn them in 90 degree weather, in south Louisiana and Georgia so far. I'm perfectly comfortable and I hate being hot.Anyway I hope this is helpful!
