Review on 💨 USB Rechargeable Bladeless Neck Fan by Young Rich

I gave this fan 3 stars because it is good. It blows toward the face and ears, but not the back of the neck. So it depends on what you are looking for in a neck fan. I bought another fan that blows all over the neck including the back. I kept these because I like this feature. So I sent the 1 back. Again, I can't say anything bad about the first fan, I just prefer the second one that blows on the back of my head. Both have the same 3 speeds and noise level depending on which speed you choose. The first fan was flexible so it could be bent which was great so it was difficult to choose between them.
