I was very pleased to see this product offered by Anker but after using it I wasn't very impressed. White background noise is present regardless of the selected FM frequency slot. I tried opening the slots on the FM dial and the white background noise was constant. The music quality is amazing and the phone call quality is good. Due to the location of my 12V outlet (cigarette lighter) it's inconvenient to use the multifunction button to make or receive pone calls, but this isn't a feature of the Anker device, it's an unfortunate location of the 12V outlet. Update: April 9, 2019 Contacted Anker Support and received excellent service. They gave me helpful tips on how to set up the unit and after trying a few unused FM frequency slots I finally found one where background noise was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. Anker Support replaced the item and I am now very happy with the performance of the ROAV Bluetooth FM Adapter. Despite the very low background noise, the device works and I am satisfied.
