I have two of these now. In the first case, the read/write head came loose when I inserted the disk for the first time. After that he could never read anything again. I reconnected the read/write head, but it still didn't read the disk. Revain was great and sent me another one which I received today 01/14/2021. At first the replacement didn't read in my windows so I plugged it into my MAC and still nothing. I reconnected it to my Windows 10 desktop and had a floppy to read, but every floppy I put in afterward only showed the first floppy's file. When I unplugged and plugged the drive back in, I couldn't read any disk, including the one read once. I've spent too much time getting this to work.
