I have been using indigo and henna for many years and this is definitely a high quality indigo powder. My hair is gray to white so I used indigo at a ratio of 3 parts indigo to 1 part henna. Add just warm water and let the mixture sit in a covered glass container at around 100 degrees for an hour before applying. Don't follow the wrong directions for most of these natural dyes.
