I used this mount for a Samsung LNT3253H, 32" HDTV and it did worked perfectly. We wanted to mount the TV in a corner and only one bracket fit our installation plans. This mount offers maximum flexibility to move and tilt your HDTV to the desired position. It even includes some ability to tilt the TV up or down. Installation was pretty easy. As many have pointed out, make sure your mounting screws are centered on the stud! Check and double check again before drilling pilot holes and use pilot holes to make them making sure you are not standing on the edge of the hairpin. This mount has only one bracket with two screws to hold the HDTV. It fits easily on a 40 inch LCD HDTV when properly installed. However, if the screw connections in the bolt are not strong, the weight of the HDTV extended on the bracket may cause the entire structure to fall. The screws are difficult to screw all the way in, and you definitely need someone to help you screw and mount the HDTV to the articulating arm. Alternatives to this mount cost twice as much or more, and few offer a single mount. There are no regrets here!
