bought because deworming is currently recommended. Honestly I can't say they do anything for me, at least I don't notice anything. I only take the one bottle a day recommendation and didn't start using them until after day 4 of the program when I progressed to higher doses of the program so they probably don't seem to do anything special. I think the current parasite program tells you to take 1-3 times a day. I forgot to take one today and I feel no different than yesterday when I took one of these. I take 1/4 teaspoon of pure vitamin C every day as the previous version of the program recommended, so maybe this is doing what it's supposed to do as the old program manual didn't even mention taking it. Anyhow, I definitely had to start using the much needed Ornithine capsules and technically the two products work hand-in-hand so I'll continue to take at least one capsule a day if I remember that being the case . however I don't think so. really necessary!
