I totally understand what the other reviewers are saying. It's a little tricky, but trust me, this is a great mascara. NEVER smudge, don't even need to rinse off your makeup remover, make your lashes super long with a natural look but not like spider legs! When the tube is new it will be watery and not doing its best job, but in a few days it will start working for you! Need one layer to create longer lashes. Apply the first coat, wait for it to dry, then another coat. Do this work for as long as you like! Make your lashes very long, but this isn't for those who want dramatic volume. This mascara has been a bestseller in Japan for 20 years. You will understand why!
